Otter Creek Homes is a boutique design-build firm intentionally taking on a limited number of custom homes and large-scale renovations each year. This allows our team to remain deeply involved in every project and deliver the thoughtful, highly detailed experience for which we’re known.
Our 2027 construction calendar is currently full. We are now considering a select number of projects for our future calendar, including custom new builds and transformative renovations throughout Seacoast New Hampshire and Southern Maine.
