PRE- CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN COORDINATOR

We’re seeking a Pre-Construction & Design Coordinator to bring structure, organization and precision to the creative team. 

This role isn’t about creating the design - it’s about managing the details, communication, and logistics that keep the pre-construction and design process running seamlessly. You’ll serve as the key link between clients, vendors, and our internal team, working closely with the Director of Operations to ensure every selection, specification, and deliverable stays on track. This is a highly organized, client-facing role that bridges the creative and operational sides of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-construction and design phases

• Manage vendor communication, product budgets & order logistics (tile, plumbing, fixtures, etc.)

• Develop and maintain selections and specification documents for both internal and client use

• Manage client correspondence, meeting minutes, and scheduling

• Work directly with the Director of Operations to develop and track project budgets through pre-construction

• Provide operational & analytical support to the Design Team (creation/utilization of spreadsheets, SOPs, project management software)

What we’re looking for:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Background in operations, office management, or project coordination

• Experience in construction and/or design is preferred but not required for the right candidate

• Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence

• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

• Manages their work with calm confidence

• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines 

• Proficient in using software to organize information and coordinate tasks (Google Suite, Asana, etc.)

LEAD CARPENTER

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team and play a pivotal role in the execution of our residential projects. As a Lead Carpenter, you will oversee and guide the construction and remodeling efforts, ensuring that every aspect of the project aligns with our high standards of craftsmanship and design. You will work closely with our project managers and construction team to bring our clients' visions to life, while upholding our company's values of setting the new standard.

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years experience in the field doing carpentry work. We hope this person is a hard working  individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with a focus on problem solving, This person is driven and consistently working on growing their skills.

The right candidate will have strong trim carpentry skills as well as framing or cabinetry/millwork experience. Daily work will include a blend of  interior and exterior trim carpentry, light framing, cabinetry and millwork installation, and a mix of general jobsite labor associated with working for a general contractor. 

Additionally, the right candidate should be comfortable working with Google Suite products and using an iPad to view plans on the job.
