    If there’s one word to define this project, it’s transformation—and this renovation and addition is proof of how thoughtful design can completely reshape the way a home lives and feels.

    Our clients came to us wanting a natural, warm addition that would bring balance and ease to their daily routines while also elevating the home’s aesthetic. By reimagining the floor plan and adding a first-floor primary suite, a custom pantry, and a new dining space, we created a layout that not only supports modern family life but also feels welcoming and refined.

    One of the most impactful design decisions was flipping the original kitchen and dining locations. This shift maximized natural light and established an entertaining kitchen at the center of the home—perfect for gathering family and friends. The custom pantry and expanded dining room further support effortless hosting, blending function and style in equal measure.

    The new primary suite was designed as a retreat: spa-like and grounding, layered with textures and tones that create calm while maintaining a sense of luxury. In the bathrooms, we incorporated timeless materials and warm finishes to echo this same balance of comfort and sophistication.

    Throughout the home, our design approach leaned into organic textures, natural wood, and soft, neutral palettes, creating harmony from space to space. The project was completed on time and on budget, a reflection of our process and commitment to excellence.

    The Union Street renovation is a study in how thoughtful reconfiguration and careful attention to detail can breathe new life into a home—bringing warmth, light, and a modern sense of ease to every room.
